  • Sugar cookies

  • Mrs. Gerry’s Cheesecake Supreme

  • Cherry pie filling

Instructions

  1. Spread cookies with Mrs. Gerry’s Cheesecake Supreme

  2. Place a heart shaped cookie cutter into the Cheesecake on the top of the cookie. Fill with a thin layer of cherry pie filling. Gently remove cookie cutter.

  3. Keep chilled at 33 to 39 degrees F until serving.

Ingredients

  • Potato skins or baked potatoes with flesh scooped out

  • Mrs. Gerry’s Deluxe Loaded Potato Salad, heated

  • Shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Fill potato boats with Mrs. Gerry’s Deluxe Loaded Potato Salad.

  2. Top with shredded Cheddar cheese and bacon bits.

  3. Heat in 350 degree F oven for approximately 10 minutes, until potato is heated through and cheese has melted.

  4. Serve immediately.

  • Thinly sliced roast beef

Instructions

  1. Heat potatoes and roast beef according to package directions.

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. Mrs. Gerry’s Premium Mashed Potatoes

  • 1 egg, beaten

  • Real bacon bits, shredded Cheddar cheese, chopped onion, red bell pepper

    or green bell pepper (optional add-ins)

  • Panko bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Combine mashed potatoes, egg and optional add-ins.

  2. Roll mixture into 2 inch balls.

  3. Coat in Panko bread crumbs and let sit for 30 minutes to absorb moisture.

  4. Deep fry in 375° oil for 4 minutes.

Loaded

  • 1 cup sour cream

  • 2 tablespoons shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons Cooked, finely chopped bacon

  • 1 tablespoon diced chives

  • 1 teaspoon vinegar

Ranch

  • 1 (8 oz.) container sour cream

  • 1 teaspoon dry ranch dressing mix (from 1 oz. package)

Pink Sauce

  • 1/2 cup mayonnaise

  • 1/2 cup tomato ketchup

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dried thyme

  • 2 1/2 tablespoons dried parsley flakes

Ingredients

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese

  • 2 cups plain panko bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter

  • 1 lb. cooked, peeled, and deveined medium shrimp

  • 1 tsp. minced garlic (or to taste)

  • 1 cup (4 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.

  3. While Macaroni & Cheese is heating, melt butter in medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko bread crumbs; stir to combine. Continue stirring frequently until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat.

  4. Carefully pour hot Macaroni & Cheese into a greased half pan. Gently stir in shrimp, garlic, and Parmesan cheese.

  5. Top with buttered bread crumbs.

  6. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until shrimp is hot and crumbs are deep golden brown.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F. Makes 12 to 14 servings.

  • 1-5 lb. bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Mashed Potatoes

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp. dried minced onion

  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, dried onion and garlic powder; mix thoroughly.

  2. Spray griddle or skillet with non-stick cooking spray or lightly brush with vegetable oil. When hot, scoop ¼ cup of the mixture onto griddle and flatten slightly.

  3. Cook until golden brown. Gently flip and cook until golden brown on second side.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Instructions

  2. Combine bread crumbs and butter.

  3. Divide hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese between six individual au gratin dishes.

  4. Top each with ¼ cup buttered crumbs.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb. bag) Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • ¾ lb. cooked, diced chicken

  • ½ c. sour cream

  • ½ c. salsa

  • 2 c. crushed nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, sour cream and salsa; heat through.

  3. Pour meat mixture into a 4 inch deep half pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Spread crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until chips are lightly browned.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

  • 2 cups (about 4 oz.) coarsely crushed yellow corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions.

  3. Carefully pour into large mixing bowl.

  4. Gently stir in ingredients, except tortilla chips.

  5. Pour into greased half pan; top with crushed tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup Mrs. Gerry’s Cowboy Caviar, drained

  • 1 cup Mrs. Gerry’s Southwestern Dip

  • 1-8 oz. pkg. cream cheese

  • 1-4 oz. can diced green chilies

  • 1 cup diced cooked chicken breast

  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 tsp. dry taco seasoning mix

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in medium saucepan.

  2. Heat to 165° to 180°F, stirring often to prevent sticking.

  3. Dip may be kept warm in a Crockpot on low setting. Serve with tortilla chips.

Ingredients

  • 4 cups Mrs. Gerry's Jalapeno Popper Pasta Salad

  • 4 whole bell peppers, any color, medium sized

  • ¼ cup chicken broth

  • 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 2 tablespoons crumbled bacon pieces

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. Add the ¼ cup chicken broth to a 9” x 13” baking pan.

  3. Wash, halve, deseed and remove stem from peppers.

  4. In a bowl, combine Jalapeno Popper Pasta Salad and 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese.

  5. Evenly stuff the peppers with the salad mixture. Sprinkle remaining Cheddar cheese and bacon pieces on top of peppers.

  6. Bake peppers in pan for 30 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F and the peppers are well cooked. After baking, allow to cool for a couple minutes. Serve immediately or maintain at 165º to 180ºF.

Ingredients

  • 2 slices Rye bread

  • 2 tablespoons Russian dressing

  • 1/4 pound corned beef, thinly sliced or 1/4 lb. thinly sliced turkey

  • 2 to 3 slices Swiss cheese

  • 1/4 – 1/3 cup Mrs. Gerry’s Sweet Pepper Slaw

  • 1 tablespoon butter, softened

Instructions

  1. Place the sliced rye bread on the countertop; spread about 1 tablespoon of Russian dressing over each slice.

  2. Top one of the slices of bread with the corned beef or turkey and Swiss cheese.

  3. Drain the Sweet Pepper Slaw removing any excess moisture. Pile the Sweet Pepper Slaw on the cheese layer and then top with the other slice of bread (Russian dressing side down).

  4. Spread the softened butter over the top and bottom of the sandwich.

  5. Place a heavy skillet or griddle over medium-low heat. Add the sandwich and cook until the bottom is golden brown. Carefully turn it over and cook until the other side has browned and the cheese has melted and sandwich is heated to 165°F.

Serve immediately or maintain 165° to 180°F.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • 1 lb. breakfast sausage

  • 1 red pepper, diced

  • 1 jalapeno pepper, diced

  • 1 medium onion, diced

  • 4 eggs

  • 5-6 refrigerated biscuits, cooked according to package directions, crumbled

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

  2. In a large skillet, cook and crumble breakfast sausage. Remove from pan and set aside.

  3. In same skillet, sautee red pepper, jalapeno pepper and onion. When cooked through, combine in bowl with sausage.

  4. Combine sausage mixture with 1/2 (5 lb.) bag of Mrs. Gerry’s Premium Macaroni & Cheese. Pour into greased oven-safe or cast iron skillet.

  5. Whisk eggs then stir in crumbled biscuits. Pour on top of macaroni & cheese mixture.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until biscuits are golden brown and mac & cheese is heated through. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • 1 (1 lb.) container Mrs. Gerry’s Oriental Crunch dressing

  • 1 (8 oz.) pouch Mrs. Gerry’s Ramen/Nut mixture

  • 3 lbs. pre-packaged salad mix that includes shredded cabbage, carrots, green onions, celery, etc.

  • 2 grilled chicken breasts, cut into strips

  • 4 whole wheat wraps or large tortillas

  • Leaf lettuce

  • Snow pea pods

Instructions

  1. Combine Oriental Crunch dressing, ramen/nut mixture and prepackaged salad mix.

  2. Arrange lettuce leaves and snow pea pods on each wrap.

  3. Layer with 1 cup Mrs. Gerry’s Oriental Crunch Salad and top with chicken breast strips.

  4. Keep chilled at 33° to 39°F until served.
