Ingredients

  • Mrs. Gerry's German Potato Salad

Instructions

  1. Serve hot or cold. Chill to 33° to 39°F or heat to 165° to 180°F. Maintain at temperatures.

Ingredients

  • 1-5 lb. bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Mashed Potatoes

  • 6 eggs, beaten

  • 2 tbsp. dried minced onion

  • ¼ tsp. garlic powder

Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed potatoes, eggs, dried onion and garlic powder; mix thoroughly.

  2. Spray griddle or skillet with non-stick cooking spray or lightly brush with vegetable oil. When hot, scoop ¼ cup of the mixture onto griddle and flatten slightly.

  3. Cook until golden brown. Gently flip and cook until golden brown on second side.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

  • 4 oz. sauerkraut

Toasted bread crumbs take this macaroni and cheese to the next level, adding texture and crunch.

Ingredients

  • 1-5 lb. bag Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese, heated according to pkg. directions

  • 2 cups fresh bread crumbs

  • 2 tbsp. butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Combine bread crumbs and butter.

  3. Divide hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese between six individual au gratin dishes.

  4. Top each with ¼ cup buttered crumbs.

  5. Bake for 10-15 minutes until crumbs are golden brown.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

  • 4 bread bowls

  • 3 c. Mrs. Gerry's Premium or Hearty Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken

  • 2 c. mixed vegetables

  • 1 c. Mrs. Gerry's Premium Poultry Gravy

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients to 165° to 180°F.

  2. Layer Premium Mashed Potatoes, chicken, mixed vegetables and Premium Poultry Gravy in a bread bowl.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Salsa and sour cream add even more flavor to our delicious macaroni & cheese. Top with crushed tortilla chips and you have a new entree everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb. bag) Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • ¾ lb. cooked, diced chicken

  • ½ c. sour cream

  • ½ c. salsa

  • 2 c. crushed nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, sour cream and salsa; heat through.

  3. Pour meat mixture into a 4 inch deep half pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Spread crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until chips are lightly browned.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Just a boring brat? Not anymore! Add some sweet and sour flavor with our Sweet Pepper Slaw! Take it up a notch by adding in diced jalapeno.

Ingredients

  • Mrs. Gerry's Sweet Pepper Slaw

  • Grilled brats with buns

  • Jalapenos (optional)

Instructions

  1. Heat Sweet Pepper Slaw to 165 to 180 degrees F. Thoroughly drain off dressing.

  2. Serve on top of a grilled brat.

  3. For an added kick, stir in 1-2 small jalapeno peppers, seeded and diced, into a 5 lb. container of Sweet Pepper Slaw.

Ingredients

  • 2/3 lb. ground beef, browned crumbled and drained

  • Pinch of salt

  • 2 (1 lb.) containers Mrs. Gerry’s Steakhouse Baked Beans

  • 2/3 cup shredded Cheddar cheese

  • 1 (7.5 oz.) can refrigerated biscuits

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F.

  2. Brown ground beef with salt, drain.

  3. Add Mrs. Gerry’s Steakhouse Baked Beans and heat through.

  4. Lightly grease 9x9 inch pan.

  5. Pour bean mixture into pan.

  6. Top with cheese.

  7. Arrange biscuits on top.

  8. Bake at 400°F for 10-15 minutes or until biscuits are golden brown.

  9. Enjoy!
