Ingredients

  • Mrs. Gerry’s Sweet Potato Souffle**

  • Kale, cooked

  • Ricotta cheese

  • Dried cranberries

  • Rosemary, optional

Instructions

  1. Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Sweet Potato Souffle to 165° to 180°F.

  2. Stir in Ricotta and kale

  3. Top with dried cranberries

  4. Garnish with rosemary, optional
