Kale, cooked
Ricotta cheese
Dried cranberries
Rosemary, optional
Instructions
Heat Mrs. Gerry’s Sweet Potato Souffle to 165° to 180°F.
Stir in Ricotta and kale
Top with dried cranberries
Garnish with rosemary, optional
