Ingredients

  • Fresh leaf lettuce
  • Mrs. Gerry's Thai Couscous Salad
  • Flank steak

Instructions

  1. Arrange lettuce and Thai Couscous Salad on plate. 
  2. Cook flank steak to your liking, and slice into thin strips.
  3. Arrange on top of Salad. Enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Cucumber

Instructions

  1. Cut cucumber in half and remove seeds. Stuff with Mrs. Gerry's Cucumber Mint Quinoa.
  2. Serve with a grilled chicken breast.

Fish tacos are increasingly popular! And they can be easy using our refreshing Sweet Pepper Slaw.

Ingredients

  • Mini "street taco" soft tortillas

  • White fish of your choice, fried or baked, seasoned to your liking

  • Mrs. Gerry's Sweet Pepper Slaw

  • Mrs. Gerry's Southwestern Dip, optional

Instructions

  1. Cook fish according to package directions. Flake into pieces.

  2. Place fish in tortilla and top with Sweet Pepper Slaw.

  3. For added spice, top with our Southwestern Dip.

Ingredients

  • Unbaked pizza crust
  • Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese
  • Shredded Mozzarella cheese
  • Shredded Cheddar cheese
  • Bacon bits

Instructions

  1. Arrange Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese on top of unbaked pizza crust
  2. Top with bacon bits and shredded cheeses
  3. Bake at 350 degrees until pizza reaches a minimum of 165 degrees.

With five different cheeses, our "adult" macaroni and cheese is already a stand out. Adding lobster and panko bread crumbs takes it to the next level. Pair with a salad, bread sticks and glass of wine for a simple, romantic meal. 

Ingredients:

  • 1 (5 lb.) bag Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese
  • 2 cups plain panko bread crumbs
  • 2 tbsp. butter
  • 1 lb. cooked lobster meat or lobster-flavored surimi

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Heat Mrs. Gerry's Gourmet Macaroni & Cheese according to package directions. While macaroni & cheese is heating, melt butter in medium skillet over medium-low heat. Add panko bread crumbs; stir to combine. Continue stirring frequently until crumbs are golden brown. Remove from heat. Carefully pour hot Macaroni & Cheese into a greased half pan. Gently stir in lobster or surimi; top with buttered crumbs. Bake for 15 or 20 minutes until lobster is hot and crumbs are deep golden brown.
