When you are craving something warm, hearty and delicious, this simple meal will fill you up!

Ingredients

  • 4 bread bowls

  • 3 c. Mrs. Gerry's Premium or Hearty Mashed Potatoes

  • 4 c. cooked, diced chicken

  • 2 c. mixed vegetables

  • 1 c. Mrs. Gerry's Premium Poultry Gravy

Instructions

  1. Heat all ingredients to 165° to 180°F.

  2. Layer Premium Mashed Potatoes, chicken, mixed vegetables and Premium Poultry Gravy in a bread bowl.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

Salsa and sour cream add even more flavor to our delicious macaroni & cheese. Top with crushed tortilla chips and you have a new entree everyone will love.

Ingredients

  • 1/2 (5 lb. bag) Mrs. Gerry's Premium Macaroni & Cheese

  • ¾ lb. cooked, diced chicken

  • ½ c. sour cream

  • ½ c. salsa

  • 2 c. crushed nacho chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F.

  2. In a large saucepan, combine hot Premium Macaroni & Cheese, chicken, sour cream and salsa; heat through.

  3. Pour meat mixture into a 4 inch deep half pan that has been sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.

  4. Spread crushed tortilla chips evenly over the top. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until chips are lightly browned.

    Serve immediately or maintain at 165° to 180°F.

These hearty and delicious breakfast wraps are a great way to start the day!

Ingredients

  • 2.5 lbs. Mrs. Gerry's Peruvian Potato Salad

  • 6 eggs

  • 7 oz. Andouille Smoked Sausage

  • 3 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

  • Flour tortillas

Instructions

  1. Beat eggs, salt and pepper in medium bowl until blended.

  2. Melt butter in non-stick skillet over medium heat. Pour in egg mixture and reduce heat to medium-low. As eggs begin to set, gently pull the eggs across the pan with a spatula, forming large soft curds. Continue cooking until eggs are thickened and no visible liquid egg remains.

  3. Cut the sausage into small pieces and add it to the skillet with the scrambled egg.

  4. Add the Peruvian Potato Salad to the skillet.

  5. Lastly, add the cheddar cheese. Cook over medium heat until warm and all the cheese has melted.

  6. Scoop the ingredients into a small Fajita Flour tortilla. Garnish as desired.

    NOTE: Serve immediately or maintain at 165º to 180ºF.

    TIP: Wraps are best if made the same day as they are served.
