Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Mrs. Gerry’s Cookies ‘N’ Crème

  • 1-10 oz. bag mini marshmallows

  • 10 oz. (about 12) chocolate covered graham cracker cookies, crushed

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Chill to 33° to 39°F before serving. If desired, garnish with chocolate pieces, graham crackers and mini marshmallows.

Ingredients

  • 3 lbs. Mrs. Gerry's Cookies ‘N’ Crème

  • 1 tsp. peppermint extract

  • 1 tsp. green food coloring

Instructions

Combine all ingredients. Chill to 33° to 39°F before serving. Try as a filling for a dark chocolate layer cake or as a filling between dark chocolate cookies.

Ingredients

  • Chocolate sandwich cookies, crushed into crumbs

  • Mrs. Gerry's Cookies 'N' Creme

  • Mrs. Gerry's Pistachio Pineapple

  • Whipped topping

Instructions

  1. Layer above ingredients in 9x13 inch pan or parfait cup. Garnish with additional cookie crumbs.

  2. Chill at 33° to 39°F before serving.

Quick and Easy Cookies 'N' Crème Peanut Parfait

Crush chocolate sandwich cookies. Press into bottom of parfait cup, pie plate or other container. Layer Mrs. Gerry's Cookies 'N' Crème, chocolate syrup and Spanish peanuts. Top with additional Cookies 'N' Crème. Garnish with chopped peanuts.
