Ingredients
  • 1 lb. MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP
  • 1-2.5 oz. pkg. dried beef, cut into ½ inch pieces
  • ¼ cup finely chopped fresh onion
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients; stir to blend. Serve with toasted bagels, torn into 2 inch pieces. Chill to 33º to 39ºF before serving.

Ingredients
  • 2 cups MRS GERRYS PEA ‘N’ CHEESE
  • ½ cup MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP
  • 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cauliflower
  • 1 cup diced celery
  • real bacon bits (optional)
  • diced onion (optional)
Instructions
  1. Combine all ingredients and stir to blend. Chill to 33º to 39ºF before serving. Makes 8 servings.
 

VEGETABLE PIZZA

 

VEGETABLE PIZZA

Ingredients
  • 2 packages crescent roll dough
  • 1 cup MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP
  • 3 to 4 cups of chopped raw vegetables
  • 1 cup chopped broccoli
  • 1 cup chopped cauliflower
  • ½ cup shredded carrot
  • ½ cup diced tomatoes
  • ¼ cup diced green pepper
  • ¼ cup sliced black olives
  • ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375ºF. Unroll dough, and lay rectangles in 15 X 10” jelly roll pan. Press seams together to form a crust. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
  2. Spread MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly over crust. Top with cheese. Cover; keep refrigerated until serving. Makes 24 appetizers.
  3. TIP: Appetizers are best if made the same day as they are served.
