| CAULIFLOWER SALAD |
Ingredients
- 2 cups MRS GERRYS PEA ‘N’ CHEESE
- ½ cup MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP
- 2 cups coarsely chopped fresh cauliflower
- 1 cup diced celery
- real bacon bits (optional)
- diced onion (optional)
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir to blend. Chill to 33º to 39ºF before serving. Makes 8 servings.
| VEGETABLE PIZZA |
Ingredients
- 2 packages crescent roll dough
- 1 cup MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP
- 3 to 4 cups of chopped raw vegetables
- 1 cup chopped broccoli
- 1 cup chopped cauliflower
- ½ cup shredded carrot
- ½ cup diced tomatoes
- ¼ cup diced green pepper
- ¼ cup sliced black olives
- ½ cup shredded Cheddar cheese
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375ºF. Unroll dough, and lay rectangles in 15 X 10” jelly roll pan. Press seams together to form a crust. Bake 15-20 minutes or until crust is golden brown. Cool completely.
- Spread MRS. GERRY’S OLD FASHIONED DILL DIP over cooled crust. Sprinkle chopped vegetables evenly over crust. Top with cheese. Cover; keep refrigerated until serving. Makes 24 appetizers.
- TIP: Appetizers are best if made the same day as they are served.
