Mrs. Gerry’s Kitchen, Inc., a leading manufacturer of refrigerated food products, is seeking an individual with a positive attitude, good recording and organizational skills to join our team. This position is full time Monday through Friday, start time is 7:00 p.m. with a varying end time.
Experience in food manufacturing Quality Control/Sanitation preferred.
HACCP certified preferred but will train.
Must have very good communication skills to interact with Sanitation to ensure all areas are acceptable and ready for production.
Must take the initiative and work independently.
Know and follow all safety and quality standards as determined by HACCP and SQF programs.
Pre-op all areas, including vats, foot baths, product temps., etc. to ensure that they are sanitary and in good condition for startup.
Prepare listeria swabs for Deibel Labs weekly, salmonella swabs weekly.
