FIESTA CHILLI
1 lb. Mrs. Gerry’s Fiesta Black Bean Salad, drained
1½ lbs. ground beef, browned, crumbled and drained
1½ tsp. salt
3-15 oz. cans tomato sauce
1 cup water
1 lb. can pork & beans
3 tbsp. sugar
2 tbsp. chili powder
Brown ground beef with salt; drain off grease. Add remaining ingredients and simmer about 20 minutes. Keep hot at 165 deg to 180 deg F until serving. If desired, place corn chips in soup bowls, ladle Fiesta Chili over corn chips and top with shredded Monterey Jack or Cheddar cheese.
