FIESTA CHICKEN SALAD
12 oz. pasta, cooked, cooled
2 cups Mrs. Gerry’s Chicken Salad
2 cups Mrs. Gerry’s Fiesta Black Bean Salad, drained
¾ cup Mrs. Gerry’s Southwestern Dip
½ cup golden Italian dressing
¾ tsp. salt
½ tsp. ground chili powder
¼ tsp. ground cumin
Whisk together Mrs. Gerry’s Southwestern Dip, Italian dressing, salt, chili powder and cumin. Combine pasta, Chicken Salad, drained Mrs. Gerry’s Fiesta Black Bean to whisked mixture. Chill overnight. Serve with tortilla chips.
