CASA'S MANICOTTI
8 oz. manicotti shells
15 oz. ricotta cheese
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, divided
½ cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
1 egg slightly beaten
¼ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. dried parsley
1¾ cups spaghetti sauce
¼ cup Casa Zamora Hot Sauce
Preheat oven to 350 deg F. Prepare manicotti shells as directed on package. In a medium mixing bowl mix ricotta cheese, 1½ cups shredded Mozzarella cheese, ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese, egg, salt, pepper and parsley. Spoon into manicotti shells. Place filled shells in a greased 9 x 13-inch pan. Combine spaghetti sauce and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce. Pour mixture over shells and sprinkle with remaining Mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. Bake at 350 deg F for 35 minutes.
