BUFFALO CHICKEN WINGS
½ cup butter
2 tbsp. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. honey
½ cup Casa Zamora Hot Sauce
Cut off tips of wings and discard; pat dry. Deep fry 6-8 wings at a time at 400 deg F for 10-12 minutes; drain on paper towels. Preheat oven to 250 deg F. Combine butter, Dijon mustard, honey and Casa Zamora Hot Sauce in a medium saucepan and heat thoroughly. Soak wings with remaining sauce about half way through baking. Serve with celery sticks, Blue cheese dressing, and extra Casa Zamora Hot Sauce.
