- 2 lbs. MRS. GERRY’S TUNA MACARONI
- 1-10¾ oz. can condensed cream of mushroom soup
- 1 cup cubed Velveeta cheese
- pepper to taste
- crushed potato chips, optional
- Combine all ingredients except potato chips in a skillet. Heat on medium-low until mixture reaches 165º to 180ºF. To serve, top with crushed potato chips, if desired. Makes 4 to 6 servings.

- 1-8 oz. can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- ½ cup salted cashew halves
- chow mein noodles, optional
- Combine all ingredients except chow mein noodles. Chill to 33º to 39ºF before serving. To serve, top with chow mein noodles, if desired. Makes 8 servings.
