| ORIENTAL CRUNCH CHICKEN SALAD |
Ingredients
- 1-1 lb. container MRS. GERRY’S ORIENTAL CRUNCH DRESSING
- 1-8 oz. pouch MRS. GERRY’S RAMEN/NUT MIXTURE
- 3 lbs. shredded cabbage
- 2 oz. (⅔ cup) shredded red cabbage
- 2 oz. (½ cup) shredded carrot
- 1 oz. (¼ cup) sliced green onions
- 12 oz. batter fried chicken strips, sliced
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and chill to 33º to 39ºF before serving. Once mixed, recommended shelf life is 24 hours. Makes about 5½ lbs. of salad.
